My wife and I have owned this property for 10 years. We live in The Villages in FL, but enjoy coming here as it is a very relaxing and quiet street. Watching the golfers tee off on hole #13 at Indian Wells from our screened rear porch is also one of our enjoyments. We love the ocean, and the beach and nearby parks are great. Since Mourning Dove Lane is a cul-de-sac, there's limited traffic on it -- the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The pool and tennis courts are a very short walk away. It is an age 55+ community (at least one member of your party must be age 55) but children are welcome. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment options close by, and the downtown Myrtle Beach attractions are only 10 miles away.
