My family have been vacationing in Mitiwanga Park since 1962. An Old Lake House was purchased by my Father from my Mother's Aunt Babe in 1969. Living and going to school in the city of Detroit: year round we spent many weekends at this place. When summer vacation started, we would stay at the lake until school began again in September. All of us children and our parents have lived in this place at one time or another. Now we are scattered around the country. But this is the place we all still call Home. Our family made many happy memories at An Old Lake House and now want to share this special place. We hope others can make magical memories or their own.
