Goethe wrote, and I wholeheartedly believe: 'Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.'

I thoroughly enjoy meeting people, and we have developed friends all over the world. A favorite place is The Netherlands where we once lived, and I dream of returning to Australia for an extended stay. I really enjoy ocean kayaking, rock-climbing, casual biking, and hiking. I am surprised at my 'addiction' to the iPad which I have been able to incorporate into many aspects of my life... working with elderly hospice patients, cooking gourmet foods at home, or reading National Geographic by the fire at night.

We strive for a smaller impact on our world with strong tenets of sustainability in our daily lives.
