We are Mike, Ruthie, Holden and Dylan, and we currently live in Los Angeles, California.

Ruthie grew up in Gloversville, NY, which is just down the mountain from Caroga Lake, NY. She has fond memories camping, swimming, biking, hiking, ice skating, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, boating, dancing, snowmobilng, horse riding and more in Caroga Lake and the surrounding area.

When Mike and Ruthie got married in upstate NY in October 2001, Mike, a Los Angeles native, fell in love with the Adirondacks also, and every year they, and now their children spend at least several weeks if not a month in that area, as well as several weeks during the fall and winter months.

After years of looking for a vacation property to call their own, they finally decided on the Robin's Nest as their home away from home. They hope you will consider it your second home too.
