My family bought Seafront Cottage in 2009; we just couldn't resist the view! It is the only property we rent, and I manage it myself. The Cottage was built in 1940s and maintains a lot of the charm of that era. We have met two of the former owners who tell hilarious stories of growing up there including a thriving business in their teen years of pulling cars from the surf. (Cars are no longer allowed.) The Cottage has been enhanced and remodeled over the years. In Jan. 2014 we completely remodeled the main floor bathroom increasing accessibility with a low edge shower, comfort level toilet and lots of grab bars. We take personal pride in providing a kitchen complete enough to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The house and hot tub are professionally cleaned in preparation for each guest and we change the lockbox codes frequently. A local resident in Lincoln City works with me to welcome guests and respond to any questions like "how do I log on to the internet." Come and enjoy!
