IBM certified IT Specialist, Marcel B. works in the IT industry since 1992. After reaching a technical degree in Data Processing, B. graduated in Production Engineering, focusing Marketing Strategy themes. After working in the Trade Marketing segment of British American Tobacco, commercial management team of C&A and Brand Marketing segment of Allied Domecq, he joined IBM in 2004, working first for 7 years as a process specialist, and then joining IBM Software Group, leading projects and teams with focus on enhancement and integration of processes and software throughout Latin America. Marcel is also an instructor for many training courses, ranging from personal branding and consulting skills to technical subjects.

In 2009, B. was selected for an international assignment in Shenyang, China. In 2012, he was elected member of the IBM Technology Leadership Council.

B. speaks fluently English, Portuguese, Spanish and German, and has knowledge of Mandarin and Hebrew.
