We are a Finnish-Australian family currently living in Dubai. Our villa in Tuscany Italy is our Holiday home, which we rent out whenever we are not there. We have a local caretaker couple, who live near our villa, who take care of the property all year round. We have rented out our villa for the past 7 years.
