The land where Top Hat Terrace Vacation Rental is situated has been owned by the Thomson family for over 10 years. Paul Thomson himself built the house and developed the surrounding area where the property resides. After a lengthy battle with Parkinsons Disease, Paul died June 21, 2013. While clearing out some of his belongings in the house, the Top Hat that his grandfather purchased in England was discovered. In honour of Paul and all of the Thomson Ancestors, Top Hat Terrace was created so that everyone who stays here will be able to enjoy the beautiful view and partake in all of the adventures that the Three Valley Gap area has to offer.
