Our hometown is Cross Hill South Carolina. It is a very small town, but we live on Lake Greenwood with a peaceful water view everyday. We also own a 125 year old Hardware Store. My husband and I also own a 35 foot Trawler that we keep on the coast on Folly Beach. While we are in the states enjoying our time on the lake or on our boat in Charleston SC, we want to rent our Punta Cana condo. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not local, we have a great property manager who will greet our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
