Cecilia Dighero-House.

Cecilia Dighero-H. is a native of Valparaiso, Chile. She arrived in the USA with a Fulbright grant to study English. She worked at the Chilean desk at the UN and as an International Representative for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. She taught Spanish at Pepperdine University and is currently the head of the Spanish department for adult education at Santa Monica College.

The inspiration for Rancho Mojave was Cecilia’s 250 acre horse and cattle family ranch in Lo Vazquez, Chile.
