I'm 40 years old living in Split, Croatia. My family rent out two apartments in the house that is situated in the center of Town of Hvar, on the Island of Hvar every summer. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Apartments as parts of residential units within a 17th century mansion, there are regular master bedrooms, a children's room and living rooms. Each residence has one bathroom and a kitchen with a dining recess. The rooms are furnished with style and comfort. SAT TV and Wi-Fi Internet available in each suite. A washing machine and dryer are also at disposal.
