My wife and I visited Santa Rosa Beach several times over the years, and when one of the units (that we had stayed in) of Gulf Place Cabanas became available, we decided to buy it.

We wanted for our two young children (ages one and four) to have a place they could come for years, and remember fondly. We hope one day our condo becomes theirs.

We had also vacationed in Destin and Panama City Beach in the past. While both are charming in their own right, we just like to get away from it all, and not be where the beaches were so crowded.

Nevertheless, Destin and PCB are still just a short drive away from Santa Rosa Beach. They are nice spots to visit, just not as peaceful.

There is PLENTY to do in Santa Rosa Beach and along Highway 30-A if you'd rather not 'do' Destin or PCB.

We bought this property in January 2013 and are continuously making improvements. We go down 4 or 5 times per year to work on the condo.

We strive to treat our guests exactly how we would want to be treated.
