My husband and I live in Wilmington, N.C and we are both school teachers. We loved going to our vacation property at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort when we lived in Maryland. We relocated to Wilmington, N.C and decided to start renting our home. We have a fantastic cleaning and maintenance company who takes good care of our property. Everyone who has rented from us has loved our condo. Our condo is on a coded lock box so it is easy to get access to our home without having to mail a key. I always make sure to meet the needs of our renters to make sure their vacation is wonderful.
