We purchased the unit in 2003. We have three adult children and have found the Condo is spacious enough for our family and friends. We love the beach and Ocean City. Ocean City has so many things to offer: from the beach to the boardwalk, golfing, miniature golf, shopping, many fine restaurants, etc.
