Have been an Ex-Pat long before I knew I was one. I moved to the Virgin Islands 1976. Built my own house with apartment originally for my daughter. She married and moved out. Tried long tern rental and didn't like it. Having new people coming and visiting every week or so seems like the right fit. Scuba Diving brought me here. The beauty of these Islands has kept me here for 44 years and still loving it here.
