My husband and I are in our 60s and nearing retirement. We have a luxury Kauai beachfront resort condo that we rent out whenever we are not in Kauai. We have furnished our condo with high quality furniture and appliances while also keeping it family friendly. We have an on-island representative that that assists our guests when we are away from Kauai and we are always available by phone or e-mail.
