I inherited this 1890s solid redwood 2 story home from my globe trotting parents who enjoyed it for 30 years after retiring. My grandmothers house below is where I live today with my husband Sonny, age 80. We retired here in 2001 after a career in music & film production. I am 67 now & a non profit Director for litaofcontracosta.org. I conduct SGI-USA Berkeley Region chours. I do all the gardening and decorating.
I love preparing for and receiving my guests. Great privacy indoors and out & good sound insulation was built in to make every moment relaxing for everyone.
Sonnys collects old radios and restores classic cars.
He usually has one on the hill to admire & play with.
