We offer a small studio apartment suitable for a single or a couple. Accommodations on Swans Island are limited Our studio apartment is not on the shore, but located in the woods, on five acres, and a short walk from the shore. The area offers hiking on improved trails, and access to deeded water access. The apartment is in a loft over the owner's workshop. The owners occupy the property from April to October. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The property is fully furnished, including the kitchen - pots, pans, dishes/utensils, one change of linen, and towels are provided (if you are a longer term renter, we suggest that you provide extra linens and towels). Laundry may be accommodated. There is no WIFI, cable, or satellite TV on the property. WIFI is available at the Town Office, or the Swans Island Library.
