Shalom! Hi I'm Zerach Seidman, I made aliyah in 2011 from Long Beach, New York. My professional background was in event production, entertainment, destination management, and hospitality. Since arriving in Nachlaot, Jerusalem I established The KOTU Centre. The KOTU Centre has hosted thousands of people for Shabbat meals from around the world. In 2012, we launched The Melech HaOlam Project which helped bring the rains back to Israel while Israel was still on the brink of a water catastrophe. And the rains returned.

I am currently managing short-term rental properties exclusively in the Jerusalem area to accommodate vacationers looking for comfortable, clean and safe locations to spend their time in Israel.

When choosing a short-term rental, besides just the rate, service is very important. The reason is that you want someone to be available to troubleshoot in case a problem arises. My background in the hospitality industry gives me the skills, knowledge and know-how to make your stay a trouble-free experience. I try to always be accessible.
