After traveling almost everywhere in the world I finally found my little paradise in 2004. I bought some exclusive beautiful land and builded my property. It took me 2.5 years to finish the 1969 sqm Villa. My property was ready in 2007 and I'm living all year round on this beautiful Island Phuket in Thailand. I might say I have a beautiful exclusive Villa where I rent out luxury suites or the entire villa. Most of the time I deal with my guests directly. My staff take care of daily services, laundry and breakfast. Since December 2013 I opend a Beach Club " Pearl of Surin", 800m walk distance from the villa. Guest at the Villa enjoy free sunbed and get 10% discount on food and beverage.
