Le Bon Voisin was started and modelled on our neighbours who looked after our house in the valley without ever being officially asked to do so!

We ran a ski company as “Serious Fun Skiing” for over a decade and have been managing properties for the past 30 years; first, as part of Serious Fun Skiing, and later, after we retired from chalet management, as Le Bon Voisin, offering “tailor made” services to apartment owners.

I am based in the valley 365 days a year and manage properties in Les Coches. I have always felt that the basic approach to a rental property is that it should be looked after as if it was my own home. Everything in the apartment should work and whoever rents it shouldn’t have to feel that they are missing anything they might need. I also believe there should be someone available to deal with queries/problems/emergencies at all times.
