We've rented our home for past few years and it has recently been renovated. It is nicely decorated with new furniture, curtains, bed coverings, etc. and very clean. We've installed a hot/cold outdoor shower that's great when you come off the beach. The house is one block from Scarborough beach with southerly and easterly views of the ocean at no additional charge! We use the cottage in the off season and so you can be assured that the house is kept in excellent condition.
