I'm a real estate negotiator living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This is one of our condominiums that we are renting out short or long term whenever it is available.
Since we are local, it's easier to respond to our tenant's needs.
I deal with my guests directly – from registration of guests with the Property Management (compulsory for security reasons), to key exchanges, to repairs (if any), and any advises in between.
All of our properties are fully furnished, full condominium facilities (where applicable) and have most of the amenities of home!
Anything more, we can try to accommodate or recommend a local supplier.
