My husband, David and I purchased this villa and worked with an architect and creative contractor to completely renovate it. Each of our children has a favorite room in the villa, which are all large enough to have their friends enjoy some of paradise with them. Our other home is outside Philadelphia, so we find both the summer as well as the winter in St Thomas to be divine by comparison to the cold and humidity. Owning this gorgeous home that catches the Caribbean trade winds has been a gift we love to share!
Our villa manager lives a mile away and will cater the needs of our guests in every way from answering questions about the villa to shopping for groceries, to making special arrangements. Our guests all tell us NO ONE else spends the effort to maintain their villa the way we do. We attribute that to have a villa manager who treats the villa as her own home and you as her new best friends!
