Retired dentist and educator who rent out our condo when we are not using it. The condo is clean and well maintained. The condo is cleaned every Saturday morning before guests arrive and clean linens are provided. All you need are your personal items and food (if you are going to cook). Gate passes are required from the Chautauqua Institution prior to entering the Institution.
