I am an owner from England and have owned this villa for 8 years. During this time my husband and I regularly visit 3 or 4 times a year and are constantly upgrading and renewing furnishings in order to guarantee our guests will enjoy their holiday in an immaculate villa. We also use a local Agent who looks after the cleaning, maintenace, garden and pool cleaning. They are on call 24/7 should there be any problems. Last year 80% of our guests were from repeat bookings which verifies people are more than happy with the villa.
