I am originally from Germany but became a US Citizen a few years back and have lived in GA for over 20 yrs now. Over a decade ago I became a Real Estate Broker and saw the potential of this awesome condominium complex and adored its design and beauty. The 'U' shape makes it quite different from other condos, which nestles that beautiful beachfront courtyard, as well as the all of the decorator designs found throughout. When the unit is not booked, I enjoy going down there, of course to relax, but also to spruce things up and make sure that everything is well maintained for my guests.
