I live in New York City with my two teen aged daughters. If it's not rented, we escape to this house on weekends and seek to share it with guests, so the environment is oriented toward that atmosphere -- casual, clean but not fussy. We have a local agent who can attend to your needs. The house is fully furnished and stocked to meet your needs, with linens and towels and some staples. We have prepared a guide for taking advantage of the area, which is good for hiking, antiquing, swimming, tennis or just laying about.
