We are a South African couple who own an apartment in the Algarve as it is a beautiful holiday destination and we will hopefully retire there one day. Our agent Margaret looks after the apartment for us , she will meet and greet all our visitors and explain how everything in the apartment works .We visit the apartment once a year to ensure that all maintenance is up to date. Porches is a beautiful holiday destination.
