Cute two bedroom first floor sun filled apartment, zero street noise and private park like court yard just feet from east river, park and gardens, walking distance to busses , trains, and restaurants . There`s a queen size bed in one room, Two twin size beds that can convert into a king in the other bed room and a third single mattress for the living room. The apartment does not have a large oven just a counter top convection oven and burners. Price is for 4- 5 persons which will be reduced for less people
The neighborhood is crime free and has everything one would expect from Manhattan ,clubs, wine bars, coffee houses, great restaurants, museums , The apartment is very unique then most Manhattan place ,you will love staying here.
