We created and ran a weekly newspaper in the Minervois "La Semaine du Minervois" for 16 years. Since 2011, we decided to change jobs: Sylvie was launched in the mosaic (tables, decorations among individuals) and Philippe in agriculture (fruits and processing, including chestnut cream.
Having worked in the newspaper time we did know in detail the 70 municipalities that make up the Minervois. Also, we will give you plenty of things by our fine knowledge of the territory and people.
