We manage, maintain, and clean the cottage before every renter. We usually greet all renters to be available to answer any questions from use of items in the cottage to recommending places to eat. We make sure the key is handed over and leave our number in case there are any follow up questions.
Also we have a neighbor who can answer any questions about the cottage during your stay since they were the previous owners.
