House Facilities: The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances including a large fridge and freezer with ice maker, oven and range, microwave, kettle and toaster. The crockery and cutlery are sufficient for four people and there is a full range of saucepans, cookware and implements. In the living room there is Cable TV with a DVD player, an iPod docking station and 3.5mm connector cable for the dock
Parking: The house does not have any parking of its own, but there are several secure car parks within a couple of blocks. There is a large car park at 6th and Lenox. Please visit the Miami Beach ((website: hidden)) website which has details on all the parking available. For a normal holiday in South Beach you really do not need to rent car. If you do you will pay at least $20 a day to park it and then watch it gather dust!
