My wife, Barbara, and I bought our beach house as a retirement home, and have spent the years since 2006 renovating and remodeling it for that purpose.
We are both retired now, but still have interests in Florida, so we decided to continue sharing this wonderful beachfront location with others who, like us, are addicted to the ocean and like privacy. The light tradewind breezes, the astonishing sunsets, and the soft sound of the ocean waves are unsurpassed anywhere. For us, it doesn't take much more than that. But, when we have a hankering for beautiful natural sites, or great food, shopping and entertainment, they are also very near to Loiza.
We love it here! We invite you to experience the joy also whenever you can.
