About the owner: Aloha and thank you for taking time to look at our listing. We live in Southern California with a house full of furry children (3 dogs and 2 cats) and are blessed in so many ways. We fell in love with Hawaii many years ago and always hoped we could be fortunate enough to one day buy a property here. Well our dream came true!

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Bay Surf:
We chose Kihei Bay Surf for many reasons. It's location is 'No Ka Oi' or the best. We are centrally located to Wailea, Lahaina and Kaanapali. Kahului International Airport is a short 11 miles away as is the start of the famed 'Road to Hana'. We also love that our condo is directly across a two-lane road to the beautiful West Maui shore. The pool/jacuzzi area is fantastic as well as a well-maintained tennis court. Two BBQs for use as well as a laundry facility. Being that Kihei Bay Surf is so fully contained, it was an easy choice for us to purchase here.
