Now retired, my husband and I rented our 5000 sq. ft. adobe house last summer to one family. The property exceeded their expectations and there were no problems. This summer, we want to travel again and encourage you to rent our beautiful home in an exclusive, country neighborhood in the Santa Fe foothills. The house is 15 minutes to the Santa Fe Plaza filled with exciting summer long events such as the renowned Santa Fe Indian Market, the Arts & Crafts Fair, Santa Fe Opera and the Chamber Music Festival. Our weekly rent is remarkably lower than other comparative properties which are going for $250-$500 per night! We're not profit driven, we would prefer responsible, neat tenants who will feed our wild birds (supplies furnished) and leave our property like they found it.
