I am a 62 year old retiree and divorcee from Charlotte, N.C. After rebuilding my home after hurricane "Maryland" I decided to add a small rental unit to the property. The house is well constructed and I take great
pride in offering the units for rent and will try to be responsive to all of my renters needs.
I can deal with my renters directly or I will
have a responsible person on Island act on my behalf,
from key exchange, to cleaning, to repairs,
and anything in between. All of the units are
fully furnished and have all the amenities of
home!
