Hailing from Trinity, NC and having attended Trinity Sr. High School, the owners of “The Trinity” decided to use the name to show School Spirit and pay tribute to their small town roots (Trinity population is around 12,000). Jeff and Christine S. are both from the Trinity area and met in High School in 1982. Married since 1986, they now have 4 children and reside in Concord, N.C..
