We don't just create reservations, we create memorable experiences!

We are a full service onsite Vacation Rental management service. Our knowledgeable staff lives in the Southern Caribbean and call it home. We will help you not just with finding a great rental property, but we are also experts in organising your travel and transportation plans, recommending and booking activity tours and offering suggestions on how to make the best and most of your time while visiting. We know about the secret spots, the best restaurants and local events!

Unlike many vacation rentals, we adhere to Costa Rican tax collection regulations. We are fully registered with the tax authorities. Per law, we collect, declare and pay the 13% sales tax on all short term reservations. Though Airbnb does not impose the tax on reservations, we include a portion of the fee you pay us to help sustain the Costa Rican economy - as everyone should ;).
