We have owned our unit since the building was built. We have used it primarily for our large extended family but are beginning to rent it out when they are not using it. We designed it to be comfortable for large families vacationing together. Besides the bunk rooms we have two queen size pull out couches in the living room which can be made private by a concealed pull out folding divider.
