I'm 46 years oldand I live in Truckee, CA. I work as an outdoor guide/educator in this area. I take pride in my condo and am responsive to any of my renters needs. Since I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I have been renting my condo for 4 years and enjoy being able to provide a comfortable and well located place for guests to enjoy the beauty of the Lake Tahoe area!
