We live here year yound in the top half of the house with our 2 daughters.My husband and I rent out every summer. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home! We allow our tenen daughters to babysit if a tentant needs a Mommies Helper, or some nights out with the gang. We love having the chance to share our newly renovated home with others to allow them to enjoy LBI and all it's offerings. This is a great Family Island, and the house was specifically made to hold grand family reunions, and to allow all ages groups to have a place to escape to for some age appropriate fun(deck,2 living room, yard).
