This 1 bedroom condo is located right in the heart of downtown, and close to everything you might need. It has recently been furnished with all new furniture, and is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out.

The condo comes with one underground parking spot at no extra charge, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate an extra guest. The building is equipped with a gym, sauna, whirlpool, and rooftop patio with BBQ. There is also a concierge on duty 24 hours a day.

Once a guest books a reservation, like to email them my cell phone number so that I can be readily available at anytime. I encourage my guests to call me with any questions or concerns they might have. I typically leave the keys with the concierge, however, I am also available to personally exchange the keys and show guests around the unit and building.

This is without question the best location in Toronto. Close to most tourists attractions (CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, etc.). There is also a plethora of fine dining restaurants, and night clubs/pubs in the area. Toronto's Eaton centre mall is blocks away, as well as many shops on Queen St.

Osgoode subway station is 40 metres from the building, as well as the Queen St. streetcar. Cabs are also always available.
