We are a young couple with two young children. The properties are purchased with the primary intention of use by us and our family. We love Mexico and Colombia and we have been visiting there for years. We want to rent it out to families, couples or group of friends that treat our home like it is their home. Our place is fully furnished with luxury amenities and attention to detail, especially for families with kids. The properties are professionally managed with the renters having access to a local person and the owner.
