I'm 43 years old happily married to my wife Vlatka and living on the beautiful island of Krk in the Krk City, Croatia. My wife and I rent our first floor of the house (detached from the rest of the house with separate external staircase) every summer. We take great pride in our renovated and fully furnished 4 star apartment. We are doing our best to satisfy any of our renters needs so among other things there is a welcome snack and drink for our guests as well. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between.
