My family and I live in the Kansas City area. We purchased our first townhouse (Casa Familiar) in 1998, during our first trip to South Padre Island. In 2000, we purchased the townhouse adjoining Casa Familiar: Casa Vecina. I do the bookings and emails and have an exceptional onsite manager (Kathie), who lives on the island. I have a family that takes care of all maintenance problems and cleans the house. They take great pride in their work so I believe that I have the best staff on the island.
