I My biggest achievement until today is when I received McDonalds Gold Head Award in 2008 in my Advance shift Management Class this award is voted by the entire class mates plus the teachers. In 2009 I got the award for Outstanding Contribution to the company. This was icing on the cake when two years in the row, (2010 and 2011) I won the award for Outstanding Assistant Manager as being Manager In-Charge of the restaurant. This award is given to 10 percent of the managers in New Zealand for achieving all People QSC&V Sales and Profit goals for the restaurant for McDonalds Hunters Plaza.

I am a self-starter with highly developed capabilities in setting goals and meeting them. I have been successful in variety of settings, and can demonstrate excellent planning and communication skills.

With a background in leadership and strengths in communication, team work, problem solving, planning and organizing.
