I was born in the Philippines and after completing my education with a degree in Property Management in Singapore I moved to Phuket in 2007 to take up the position as PA to the Managing Director of one of Phuket’s oldest construction companies. Since April 2010 I headed Tropical Homes Real Estate's Rentals Department.

Since I am locally working in Phuket, I or my colleagues deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to liaising housekeeping, babysitting, repairs, airport transfers, car hires and anything in between. All of our properties (apartments and Pool Villas) are fully furnished and have all the amenities of a home.

Prices varies depending on the type of the accommodation, proximity to the beach, view and services. Although there are set rates, its always best if you contact me should you want to discuss the rates further especially if you are staying long term, i.e. 2 weeks or more. Pets are generally not allow in a condo.
