We know that your vacation is important to you and so we do our best to insure that you find our home to be a pleasant place to enjoy local attractions, ocean beaches, and your time to relax and unwind away from the everyday.

Casa M. is our second home. We chose our home because of proximity to the beach. Both being scientist, we used a scientific approach, the Radar app, in selecting the warmest, least foggy beach community. We're surprised to discover that often there is a 15 to 20 degrees difference with in less than 10 miles.

The house architecture provides total privacy; with guest having an exclusive use of the back yard, outdoor shower and BBQ.

We love the area, especially the beach with all the wildlife. My wife and I spend weekends (sometimes long ones since we love it here so much more than the Silicon Valley) in the upstairs apartment. Our kids are grown so it's just the two of us. We are available to answer any questions and to share our favorite places to visit and eat at.

We love to travel and to stay in vacation rentals, especially when traveling with our family or friends. For the past 25+ years we have rented over 100 places all over US and Europe and have used this experience in setting up our home. We furnished it with all the things that we've enjoyed and appreciated: tourist information, guide books, lots of books and games for adults and kids, cooks kitchen, extra towels and linens, and of cause everything one would need for the beach, even kites. Many guests comment on our location and how well-equipped our home is.
