After visiting Joshua Tree for several decades we decided to put down roots and purchase a home in 29 Palms. The proximity to Joshua Tree National Park coupled with great weather of the Mojave desert and the fantastic neighbors of the Marine base make it a wonderful place to live.

Our well equipped homes are clean, comfortable and a turn-key solution for you and your family. Modern conveniences, landscaped & fenced yards, laundry rooms, DirecTV, WiFi and all utilities paid are standard in all of our homes.

Russ and I are proud local residents and provide personal attention to every property and account. We are lovers of the desert ourselves and want to enrich the lives and experiences of our guests; from providing wonderful homes to social media alerts for community events past & present.
